Water discharge is expected to increase because of rain and snowmelt. This may cause local inundation where river channels are filled with ice and because of frozen ground. It also may cause ice drift in streams, with subsequent local inundation.  Local flooding and erosion damage. Large amounts of precipitation are expected in the warning area.

From Tuesday evening occasionally south west near gale force 7, increase first in the south. From early morning Wednesday south west near gale force 7, occasionally gale force 8. Wednesday morning veering west occasionally near gale 7, veering begins in the south. From Wednesday afternoon increase to south west gale force 8.

West or northwest near gale force 7, until Tuesday afternoon occasionally gale force 8 east of Nordkapp. Tuesday evening and early Wednesday decreasing, first in west.

Heavy rain is expected, locally there is possibility of very heavy rain, around 40-70 mm in 24 hours.

There is risk of glaze ice, due to freezing rain. The rain is freezing on the ground, as well as on vehicles and other objects. The risk of glaze ice begins in the west, and lasts longest in the east.
