Southeast occasionally severe gale force 9, Monday afternoon decreasing to southeast near gale force 7. Decreasing Tuesday morning.

There is a local risk of ice due to rain freezing on cold ground and a transition to mild weather. At higher altitudes and in some inner places, precipitation will come first as sleet and snow. The risk will first decrease in outer areas.

Heavy snowfall is expected, with locally 25 to 40 cm within 24 hours. Most snow is expected slightly inland from the coast. There will be a transition to sleet from late Monday evening along the coast, starting in west.

Local blowing snow is expected on mountain roads due to strong wind. Open lowland areas are also exposed.
