From Friday afternoon, 5–15 cm of snow is expected within 24 hours in elevated areas of Southern Norway. Starting first in the west. Snow is expected above 900 meters above sea level, but will drop towards 500 meters above sea level in Eastern Norway. The snow will decrease in the west by Saturday morning, but will persist throughout the entire duration of the warning for parts of Eastern Norway.
