Risk of lightning: There is a risk of lightning associated with the rain showers. Electrical devices may be damaged if not disconnected.

Scattered thunderstorms have been observed with frequent lightning over East parts of South-Norway. The thunderstorm is expected to continue until tonight. There are large local differences in intensity. Some places will not experience any thunderstorms. 
    Lightning can damage objects: Lightning can cause fires in buildings. Dry vegetation/forest can catch fire. Power supply and TV/internet can be affected. Electrical appliances may be damaged if not unplugged.
