Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Northern Bristol Bay Coast and Western Capes. * WHEN...From 3 AM Tuesday to 3 AM AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Localized areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility to one-half mile or less at times. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While there is still some uncertainty, snow amounts have trended lower as the front moves out of the area more quickly. The heaviest snow rates (over 1 inch of snow per hour) may end as early as Tuesday afternoon. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
