...STRONG WINDS EXPECTED FOR SOUTHWESTERN KENAI PENINSULA...

Strong easterly to northeasterly winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts
of 50 to 60 mph are expected to develop across the Kachemak Bay
area by late this morning as a strong front lifts north across the
Gulf of Alaska. Winds will increase through the morning...peaking
from mid to late morning then decreasing but remaining breezy
through tonight. Stronger winds are expected along the eastern
side of Kachemak Bay, including Seldovia and Halibut Cove.
