Areas of dense fog will expand again tonight over the coastal
waters and harbors with visibility 1 NM or less at times. Some of
the fog will lift Friday morning, but patchy dense fog will likely
continue through Friday afternoon. Dense fog will likely expand
again Friday night.

Mariners should be prepared for sudden drops in visibility.
Reduce speeds and be on the lookout for other vessels. Use radar
or GPS navigation if available, and consider remaining in harbor
if such equipment is unavailable.
