* WHAT...For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 10 to
14 feet and dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...South, west, and north facing reefs and shorelines of
Tinian and Saipan.

* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory and High Rip Current Risk,
until 5 AM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best
swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Tropical Storm Sinlaku continues to move
away, the primary swell and highest surf will be northwest. Seas
and surf will be slow to subside over the next couple of days.
The coastal flood threat has fallen below moderate levels, though
nuisance inundation will still be possible through the rest of
today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers
should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions.

Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip
current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If
able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to
escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Seas 9 to 12 feet.

* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST today.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated, choppy seas hazardous to small
craft continue in the wake of Tropical Storm Sinlaku. Latest
buoy and altimetry data indicate combined seas of 9 to 12 feet.
Seas will be slow to subside over the next few days, and the
Small Craft Advisory has been extended through this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
