For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 10 expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from midnight Friday Night to midnight CST Saturday Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight Friday Night to 10 AM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...For Wind Advisory...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. For the Extreme Cold Warning...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
