* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, including the following
counties, Dale, Henry and Houston and southwest Georgia, including
the following counties, Calhoun, Clay, Early, Quitman, Randolph
and Terrell.

* WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT /745 PM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 540 PM EDT /440 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Daleville, Abbeville, Fort Gaines, Morgan, Blakely,
Georgetown, Cuthbert, Headland, Ozark, Dawson, Fort Novosel,
Midland City, Edison, Newton, Arlington, Shellman, Ariton,
Columbia, Pinckard and Kinsey.
