...Rain and Snowmelt Refreezing, and Snow Showers... Temperatures as of 3am are rapidly falling below freezing, and patchy ice is forming. Surfaces should gradually dry out from the wind through the morning. Use caution if driving or walking early today. Also, scattered snow showers in the pre-dawn hours coupled with wind gusts up to 50 mph could limit visibilities to locally a mile or less. These snow showers will taper off by dawn.
