...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM MONDAY TO 9 AM EST TUESDAY... * WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures ranging from the mid to upper 20s inland to around freezing just inland from the beaches. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina. * WHEN...From 9 PM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blustery west to northwest winds will also push wind chill values into the upper teens to lower 20s inland to the mid to upper 20s at the beaches early Tuesday morning.
