For the Gale Watch, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 9 to 13 ft at 7 seconds possible. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. For the Gale Watch, from late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels.
