Bracken, Lewis, Mason and Robertson and Ohio, including the
following counties, Adams, Brown, Fairfield, Highland, Hocking,
Pickaway, Pike, Ross and Scioto.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Heavy rain is coming to an end, but residual flooding issues may
linger.

People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be
