* WHAT...South gales 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and very
high and steep seas 16 to 20 ft at 15 seconds. Winds ease this
evening becoming west 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt through
tonight. Seas remain steep 12 to 14 ft at 14 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 PM PST this evening. For
the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 AM PST
Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

MORNING TO 4 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 20
to 25 feet. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal
flooding expected.

* WHERE...For the High Surf Advisory, South Central Oregon
Coast. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, Coos Bay and estuaries.

* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 10 PM PST this
evening. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 7 AM this
morning to 4 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves
will create hazardous conditions along and within the surf
zone, and could inundate beaches and low lying shorelines.
Beach erosion is possible, and exposed infrastructure may be
damaged. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, low lying roadways
may be closed. Low lying property, and some critical
infrastructure may be inundated. Some shoreline erosion may
occur.

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be

become hazardous due to dangerous surf conditions.
