OR 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF AMARILLO...MOVING RAPIDLY EAST AT 3 TO 5 MPH. * AREAS IMPACTED... VALLEY DE ORO AND TASCOSA ROAD SOUTHEAST OF BOYS RANCH.
