...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL CADDO AND NORTHWESTERN BOSSIER PARISHES AND SOUTHEASTERN BOWIE...MILLER... SOUTHERN LAFAYETTE AND NORTHEASTERN CASS COUNTIES UNTIL 545 AM CDT... At 442 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Maud, or 7 miles southeast of New Boston, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Texarkana, Atlanta, Wake Village, Nash, Hooks, Queen City, Redwater, Maud, Plain Dealing, Red Lick, Fouke, Bradley, Garland, Ida, Brightstar, Genoa, Ravanna, Canfield and Leary. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions.
