Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Lower Yukon River, Lower Yukon and Innoko Valleys, North Slopes of the Western Alaska Range, Upper Kuskokwim Valley, and Yukon Delta Coast. * WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Surfaces will likely become slick and hazardous. Significant ice accumulation may cause power outages. Plan on very difficult traveling conditions. Additional Details... Precipitation will be mainly snow, with a chance of freezing rain lingering from McGrath south to the Alaska Range. Blizzard conditions are expected at times for Hooper Bay and Chevak.
