Snow and blowing snow is likely for Christmas Night and Boxing Day. Location: southeastern Labrador Time span: Thursday evening to Friday afternoon. Projected snowfall: 5 to 15 cm. Projected maximum wind gusts: northeasterly to northwesterly between 80 and 110 km/h. Blowing snow: Worst over exposed areas. Remarks: Travel may be affected. Consider changing travel plans to before or after the storm if possible. Additionally, a second system may affect a similar area for Friday night into Saturday. At this time the uncertainty on this system is moderate, so the public is advised to monitor future forecasts closely when planning Holiday travel. ### Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
