For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft expected. * WHERE...Yakutat Bay. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 3 PM AKST this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
