Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt
and seas 7 to 12 ft expected. For the second Small Craft
Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt
and seas 10 to 15 ft expected.

* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision out to 15 NM and Cape
Decision to Cape Edgecumbe out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM AKST
