Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Lower Yukon River, Lower Yukon and Innoko Valleys, North Slopes of the Western Alaska Range, Upper Kuskokwim Valley, and Yukon Delta Coast. * WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Surfaces will likely become slick and hazardous. Significant ice accumulation may cause power outages. Plan on very difficult traveling conditions. Additional Details...The second wave of precipitation occurs Monday night through Wednesday morning and is heavier with snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of 0.10 to 0.15 inches expected.
