* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with
gusts up to 35 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures with lows between 28 and 32 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
central Louisiana and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the
Freeze Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 9 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
