Ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds could gust as high as 40-50 mph. Visibilities may be reduced to one-half mile or less at times. * WHERE...Northern Bristol Bay Coast, Inland Bristol Bay, and Kuskokwim Valley East. * WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to midnight AKST Thursday Night. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Ice accumulation could lead to power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will increase in intensity Thursday morning with snowfall around an inch an hour.
