...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM THURSDAY TO
MIDNIGHT AKST THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and periods of blowing snow. Total snow
accumulations between 12 and 20 inches. Ice accumulations up to
one tenth of an inch. Winds could gust as high as 40-50 mph.
Visibilities may be reduced to one-half mile or less at times.

* WHERE...Northern Bristol Bay Coast, Inland Bristol Bay, and
Kuskokwim Valley East.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to midnight AKST Thursday Night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Ice accumulation could lead
to power outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will increase in intensity Thursday
morning with snowfall around an inch an hour. In addition, strong
winds may reduce visibilities to a half mile or less at times in
blowing snow.
