* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Avoyelles, Evangeline, St. Landry, Lafayette, Lower St.
Martin, Upper Iberia, Upper St. Martin, Upper St. Mary, and
Northern Acadia Parishes.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A bank of dense fog is moving west out of
southwest Mississippi and east Louisiana. Visibilities may drop
rapidly as the fog bank moves into Lower Acadiana.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
