* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is
forecast. This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Fall Creek near Fortville.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Near record flooding along Fall Creek as
level approaches that seen last in March 1913.  Most local roads
near Fall Creek in southwest Madison, southeast Hamilton and
northeast Marion Counties are flooded worse than December 2013.
Residential areas near Luxhaven may be threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 3:45 PM EDT Thursday was 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.8
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 323 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Cicero, Fortville,
Sheridan, Arcadia, Atlanta and Morse Reservoir.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the

Clinton, Decatur, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Howard, Johnson,
Madison, Marion, Morgan, Rush, Shelby and Tipton. In east central
Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana,
Carroll. In south central Indiana, Brown, Jackson, Lawrence and
Monroe. In southeast Indiana, Jennings. In southwest Indiana,
Greene, Martin and Sullivan. In west central Indiana, Clay,

* WHERE...White River at Anderson.

* WHEN...Until early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Record flood is in progress.  Northeast
and northwest portions of Anderson are under water.  Water is
several feet deep in residential, commercial, and municipal
areas.  SRs 109, 32, 9 and I-69 could be the only roads open over
the White River.  Many roads are impassable.  Bridges may also be
impassable or not safe for traffic.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 20.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:30 AM EDT Thursday was 20.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.2
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage early Sunday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* WHERE...White River at Noblesville.

* WHEN...Until late Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Allisonville Road and E 146th Street just
south of Noblesville begins to flood.  Residences and business on
northwest side of E 146th Street begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.4
feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
late Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
