possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, northwest,
and southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, in
central Oklahoma, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan and Payne. In east
central Oklahoma, Seminole. In northern Oklahoma, Garfield, Kay
and Noble. In northwest Oklahoma, Blaine. In southeast Oklahoma,
Atoka, Bryan, Coal and Hughes.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
