For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 4 above expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold temperatures as low as 9 possible. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Louisiana and southeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Saturday to noon CST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM Sunday to noon CST Monday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
