...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM AKDT WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Water levels as high as 1.5 to 4.0 feet above the normal highest tide line. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast, including Kwigillingok, Kongiganak, Kipnuk, Toksook Bay, and Tununak. * WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to 10 PM Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Coastal flooding of low lying areas and erosion are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A low pressure system in the eastern Bering will continue to bring a strong fetch of southwesterlies into the Kuskokwim Delta Coast today and tonight. The highest water level increases will coincide with high tides this morning and this afternoon. Conditions will begin to improve overnight tonight into Wednesday morning as a strong low pressure system exits the region. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A coastal flood advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore. &&
