For the Wind Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Bee, Duval, Goliad, Inland Calhoun, Inland Kleberg, Inland Nueces, Inland Refugio, Inland San Patricio, Jim Wells, Live Oak, McMullen, and Victoria Counties. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 7 AM CST this morning. For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. ...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING TO 9 PM CST THIS EVENING FOR FOR STRONG NORTH-NORTHEASTERLY WINDS, CRITICALLY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY, AND CRITICALLY DRY FUELS FOR ALL OF SOUTH TEXAS... * AFFECTED AREA...La Salle, McMullen, Live Oak, Bee, Goliad, Victoria, Webb, Duval, Jim Wells, Inland Kleberg, Inland Nueces, Inland San Patricio, Coastal Aransas, Inland Refugio, Inland Calhoun, Coastal Kleberg, Coastal Nueces, Coastal San Patricio, Aransas Islands, Coastal Refugio, Coastal Calhoun, Kleberg Islands, Nueces Islands and Calhoun Islands. * TIMING...Sunday morning through Sunday evening, in the wake of a strong cold front. * WINDS...North 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 77. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
