Winds could gust as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Central Beaufort Sea Coast and Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
