For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 17 to 20 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 to 29 possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Louisiana and southeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 6 AM to 6 PM CST Sunday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Sunday to 10 AM CST Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
