For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 to 29 possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Louisiana and southeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Sunday to 10 AM CST Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside.
