For the second Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 13 to 18 ft expected. * WHERE...Yakutat Bay. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 9 PM AKST this evening.
