MONDAY...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
9 to 11 feet expected.

* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Saturday to 6 AM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A midlatitude high pressure system will be
aiding in the trade swell. This is expected to bring winds and
seas up to hazardous conditions of at least 22 knots and 10 feet
seas. These conditions may need be to extended through the
beginning of the week. This extension is dependent on where this
high pressure system moves in the midlatitudes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Large breaking waves 7 to 9 feet, building up to 12 feet this
weekend, and dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...High surf for north facing reefs and dangerous rip currents
for north and east facing reefs of the Marianas.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best
swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High surf of 9 feet along north facing reefs
and high risk or rip currents along north and east facing reefs
have risen today. The northeast trade swell will continue to
builds through the weekend. hazardous surf of 9 feet or greater
has developed along north facing reefs and support a high risk of
rip currents along north and east facing reefs. Surf expected to
build up to 12 feet along north and east facing reefs, extending
hazardous surf to east facing reefs. The peak of the swell is
anticipated to arrive around Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers
should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions.
