...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CHST FRIDAY FOR
GUAM...

* WIND...East wind 10 to 20 mph with higher gusts, especially
over higher terrain.

* HUMIDITY...Down to 50 to 60 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended. Peak fire threat is in the
afternoon hours and conditions will ease after sunset.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures will
create ideal conditions for rapid spread of wildfires.
