* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Warning, significant coastal
flooding. For the High Surf Warning, dangerously large breaking
waves of 11 to 16 for Guam, 15 to 20 feet for Rota, and 20 to 30
feet for Tinian and Saipan.

* WHERE...All reefs of Tinian and Saipan. South, west, and north
facing reefs of Guam and Rota

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, until 5 AM ChST Thursday.
For the High Surf Warning, until 6 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur. Breaking
waves can sweep people off jetties and docks, and into dangerous
seas. Life-threatening swimming conditions and significant beach
erosion can be expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As STY Sinlaku crosses the Marianas over or
near Tinian and Saipan, swell and highest surf will shift toward
the north and west. This will maintain dangerous surf and
coastal inundation as STY Sinlaku continues through the Marianas
tonight through Wednesday. Inundation has been reported on Guam
and in Saipan. Tinian and Saipan could see wave and wind driven
surf push water on to land up to 10 to 15 feet higher than the
water- level, especially along windward facing beaches and
shores.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Everyone should remain out of the water due to life-threatening
surf conditions. Stay off of jetties, piers, and other waterside
infrastructure.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Conditions will

to end until late Wednesday evening. Even when winds start to
decrease, remain indoors until the government of Guam gives the "all
clear".

storm force winds around 50 to 60 mph and gusts up 75 mph through;
the overnight hours. Then, tropical storm force winds are forecasted;
slowly subside Wednesday as winds shift to the southwest forecasted;
to subside below 39 mph late Wednesday evening.;

Dangerous surf of 13 to 18 feet are occurring across south, west, and;
and north facing reefs of Guam, driven by the westerly winds. While;
surf is expected to slowly subside along east facing reefs, surf is;
likely still dangerous at around 11 to 13 feet. Greatest coastal;
flooding will likely be along west facing shores and beaches due to;
the wind driven waves, with 1 to 3 ft is still expected so the;
Coastal Flood Warning remains in effect. Inland flooding made worse;
by developing rain bands during storm passage will significantly;
increase coastal inundation as rain run-off and storm surge interact.;
Surf will be slow to decrease after Sinlaku's exit to the north-;
northwest in the second half of the week, as swells will continue to;
pummel western Marianas shores.;

possible near the center.

An Airport Wind Advisory is in effect for the Guam International
Airport. The onset of tropical storm force conditions are expected
within 24 hours and this advisory will remain in effect until further
notice. Expect winds from the NNE or 20 degrees at 15 to 25 knots
with gusts to 35 knots and will continue to increase and shift
northwest as Super Typhoon Sinlaku approaches the Marianas. Tropical
storm conditions are expected Monday night through Wednesday, with
typhoon conditions possible. For specific wind information and
