Snowfall over mountainous and semi - mountainous areas.BE PREPARED for widespread snow and/or ice leading to disruption to road, rail and air transport and outdoor activities.

Locally heavy rain. Precipitation amount forecasted from  50  to 80 mm  in 12 hours. BE PREPARED. Some flooding of properties and transport networks, disruption to power, communications and water supplies are possible. Some evacuations may be required. Dangerous driving conditions due to reduced visibility and aquaplaning.

Severe thunderstorms (mainly over EVIA) accompanied  by heavy rainfall and strong winds are expected. TAKE ACTION to protect yourself and act on advice given by authorities. Widespread, violent thunderstorms are likely with danger to life from lightning, hail, flooding and storm damage. Transport and power disruption can be expected. Significant disruption to normal routines is possible. Avoid making non-essential journeys.

Locally gale force winds 8 beaufort. BE AWARE of debris being blown around. Localised outdoor activity disruption is possible due to debris.
