* WHAT...High temperatures of 96-104 degrees expected in lower
elevations through Monday with overnight low temperatures in the
60s, resulting in widespread Moderate HeatRisk with isolated areas
of Major HeatRisk. Tuesday won't be quite as hot, but some valley
sites could still see highs near 100 degrees.

* WHERE...Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
heat events, particularly for those working or participating in
outdoor activities.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
