STATE REGION WHICH INCLUDES EXTREME SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA, SOUTHWEST
& SOUTH-CENTRAL ARKANSAS, EAST TEXAS, AND NORTHERN & CENTRAL
LOUISIANA...

Due to ongoing dry fuels in place, weather conditions will be
favorable for wildfire growth.

* TIMING: Until 7 PM Thursday evening.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY: Afternoon minimums will range from 30 to 40
percent.

* WIND: 10 to 15 mph sustained with higher gusts possible.

* FUELS: Critically Dry.

These conditions will support the spread of wildfires. Outdoor
burning and activities that involve open sparks or flames are
discouraged. Please report all wildfires to local law enforcement
as soon as possible.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Angelina River near Angelina River at Hwy 59 near Lufkin.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 161.0 feet, Expect minor flooding with the gravel
parking lot flooded and water beginning to overflow the gravel road
where it widens into the parking lot.  Also expect about a foot of
overflow across the left bank of the Angelina River looking
downstream.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 161.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 161.5 feet.
- Forecast...The Angelina River north of Lufkin is nearing a flat
crest of 161.6 feet which will occur Thursday morning, with
little change expected through at least Saturday before a slow
fall commences thereafter.
- Flood stage is 161.0 feet.
