between 14 and 24 degrees expected. For the Freeze Watch, Hard
Freeze with temperatures between 19 and 24 degrees with similar
wind chills.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM CST this
morning. For the Freeze Watch, from this evening through Sunday
morning.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions
could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage
unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
