...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM SUNDAY TO 5 AM CHST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 9 to 11 feet expected. * WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters. * WHEN...From 6 PM Sunday to 5 AM ChST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A northeast swell will move through the waters as a trade-wind surge increases winds to fresh to locally strong. Combined seas will reach levels hazardous to small craft starting Sunday evening. Gusts to near-gale will be possible. Winds and seas will begin to subside on Tuesday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions. &&
