* WHAT...Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Central Beaufort Sea Coast.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make
travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Wind chills
as low as 60 below zero are expected through Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
