Central Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... Northeastern Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 235 AM EDT, emergency management reported that between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain fell in the warned area on Saturday. Lingering high water remains in some locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Racine, Forked Run State Park, Vienna, Ravenswood, Williamstown, Lubeck, Washington, Mineralwells, Boaz, North Hills, Blennerhassett, Davisville, Little Hocking, Belleville, Reedsville, Waverly and Portland. - This includes the following highways...
