...PATCHY DENSE FOG TONIGHT... Areas of fog and mist are developing late this evening, producing widespread visibility of 1 mile or less across lowland portions of northwestern Oregon and southwestern Washington. Particularly fog-prone areas including sheltered Coast Range valleys, low spots within the Willamette Valley, and locations near rivers or other water sources are the most likely to experience visibility of 1/4 mile or less. Drivers should slow down, use headlights, and leave plenty of following distance. Pedestrians and cyclists should use lights or reflective gear to improve visibility to drivers.

Light winds around 5 kt becoming southerly by Sunday morning, then becoming northwest by Sunday evening, winds 10 to 15 kt. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Until 7 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS....First Ebb current of 3.28 kt at 132 AM Sunday. Seas 8 to 9 ft. Second Ebb current of 4.92 kt at 203 PM Sunday. Seas 8 to 9 ft. Third Ebb current of 3.23 kt at 219 AM Monday. Seas 10 to 11 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
