Conditions are favourable for the development of frost tonight.

Locations: the Great Northern Peninsula, and parts of central, northeastern, and eastern Newfoundland, including the northern Avalon Peninsula.

Minimum temperatures: -1 to +4 (coolest in low-lying areas).

Time span: early Monday morning.

Remarks: Patchy frost is expected to form in  locations where skies remain or become mostly clear tonight, especially in low-lying areas.
