Strong southerly winds are expected this morning or afternoon with gusts up to 80 km/h possible. These winds will shift to westerly in the afternoon or early evening with gusts of 70 to 90 km/h possible.

Winds are expected to ease overnight. 

Isolated utility outages are possible.
