Locations: Labrador City and Wabush, Churchill Falls and vicinity, and Churchill Valley. Time span: continuing until this afternoon. Remarks: Visibility will deteriorate as strengthening northwesterly winds combine with fresh snowfall to cause widespread blowing snow. ### Travel will likely be hazardous due to near-zero visibility.
