Strong outflow winds and cold wind chill values are expected.

When: Tuesday night through Thursday morning. 

Where: North Coast - Inland including Terrace and Kitimat. 

Remark: An Arctic high pressure ridge will build over northern BC on Tuesday. Temperatures will drop to into the negative teens Tuesday night and combine with strong outflow winds to give wind chill values near or below minus 20. The low temperatures and strong winds will persist through Thursday morning.
