Rain today, followed by a possible flash freeze Friday. What: Total rainfall amounts of 10 to 20 mm. Flash freeze. When: Continuing through Friday afternoon. Additional information: Rain will change over to snow late overnight through Friday morning as temperatures rapidly fall below the freezing mark. Local snowfall amounts of 5 cm are expected. Northerly winds gusting 50 to 60 km/h may result in local blowing snow. The combination of snow and blowing snow may result in poor visibility at times. Roads and walkways may become icy and slippery. Travel may become difficult at times.
